* RM100 security deposit will be collected by Front Office before check-in. Deposit will be forfeited for late check-out after 1:00 PM.

* Please respect the property and neighbourhood at all times
* Failure to comply with the house rules will result in a minimum penalty of RM1,000, and the host reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without refund.
