House rules

1. Alcohol drinks are strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes all types of alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wine, and spirits.

2. Cooking of non-halal food is not allowed on the property. This includes all types of non-halal meat, such as pork.

3. Parties are not allowed on the property. This includes any gatherings that involve loud music, excessive noise, or more people than the maximum occupancy of the property.

Violation of these rules will result in a penalty of RM500 - RM1000, depending on the severity of the violation. The host may also request that the guests leave the property immediately, without any refund.
